Scanner leftside Light will BLINK and automatically Scan Check

To Verify a Check:
From the Check Detail page

“Account Verification”

The “Verification Activation” Notice will appear.

If   If you wish to continue         Click “OK” and

The Verification process will begin.
This will take a short while to go out to the “Clearinghouse”
and return with a results CODE

VERIFICATION ACTIVATION NOTICE

“Pass” (True) or
“Decline” (False) CODE

and Code explanation.

Situation : Customer presents check during Busy Time of Day or Month
The Question : “Have you cashed here before?” or “Are you in our database?”

SOFTWARE  CONVERSION

Q: I have a check cashing system and lots of customers in the database, but the software dose not work, can I  switch to CTS and save my data?

A: Maybe. In most cases Yes!  We have switched clients and their data without issue or Loss.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Q: If I have questions or need help using the software what   should I do and what will it cost?

 

A: Call or Email “Tech Support or Sales” by Clicking “Contact Us” on the Main page. ALL service calls are covered by your supplemental Monthly maintenance agreement.

Q: Do I need the Internet to use the software?

 

A: No. Only Check Routing & Verification and Network Negative DB

INTERNET HOST (isp) Contact

Q: Dose the Speed of my DSL affect  software performance.?

A: Yes, the Up & Down speed of your DSL can affect software performance.

But as a rule most standard speeds provide sufficient speed.

Hard-Wired vs WIRELESS

Q: What is the best internet connection to

     Have, “Hardwired” or “Wireless”?

A: Either mode is adequate. The important thing is that the connection is configured correctly.

OPERATING SYSTEMS

Q: Which Operating system is best?

A: None is better than an other. XP, Vista and Windows 7 are supported

SECURITY SOFTWARE

Q:What role does Anti Virus software play?

A:It can be none or it can be some, depending on how it is configured.

A:Consult your IT professional and install recommended software.
